Ejari Registration Checklist
Register your Dubai tenancy contract with Ejari. Required for DEWA connection, visa processing, and school enrollment.
Documents Needed
- Signed tenancy contract (original)
- Tenant passport copy with visa page
- Tenant Emirates ID copy
- Landlord passport/trade license copy
- Title deed of the property
- DEWA premise number
Process
- Gather all documents
- Visit Ejari typing centre or register online via Dubai REST app
- Pay registration fee (AED 220 + typing fee)
- Receive Ejari certificate
